Octavia just wanted a good senior year. That's all she asked for. But no, instead she was blessed with walking in on her boyfriend and her best friend getting it on at school.
To make matters worse, she is falling fast for the boy who is involved in gangs, violence and drugs. Hunter is dangerous and has never loved anything but as soon as he sees Octavia with tears flowing down her face, he turns soft and can't stop running to her.
If you think it couldn't get any worse, her brother who she hadn't talked to since her parents funeral, is back in her life and involved with Hunter.
Let me just tell you that Octavia did not get the year she had originally hoped for, but hopefully it would have a happier ending then what it looks like.
