Like many of us, I've set 2 major goals for myself this year.
1. Get fit.
2. Get all A's for my exams.
So yes, I'm doing the whole 'new year, new me' thing. And yes, it's going to happen for me this year.
2018, you're going to be one of the best years of my life.
I know it.
This 'book' is a sort of journal for me, and I'll be documenting everything over this year (2018) , ranging from how I'm feeling, what I eat in day, my workouts, my cheat days, etc. So, stay tuned if you're interested.
