San Francisco is a beautiful place to live in. And an even more beautiful place to learn, lose, and fall in love. Abbie Brighten knows that story. A sophmore attempt at originality, sixteen-year-old Abbie lives in a world of opportunity. And when that opportunity presents itself in Sasha Malone, she wonders what sort of dream world she's walked into. Through the whirlwind of high school, everything slowly begins to change; and Abbie isn't the only one noticing. Told over the course of four years, we follow Abbie and Sasha on a journey across California, and across state lines, as they try to understand if love in The City will ever be enough.
