the story takes place in a rural city somewhere outside of Rome. In these times, if a mother gave birth to twins, she was considered unholy and was executed along with the young twins. When the queen gives birth to a baby boy, and a baby girl, the queen loses too much blood and passes away. But the problems do not end there when the King is left with the illegal twins and a deceased wife. what more is to come in this heartwarming story?
