My hands were trembling as I pushed the bell that belonged to the house made out of wood in front of me. I felt like I could vomit right then and there out of nervousness. My heart was pounding like I just ran a marathon and my palms were sweating. All in all it felt like I was seconds away from dying.
    
    What was I thinking?
    
    The door of the massive house opened to reveal Jakub's face. The shock and sadness were gone as fast as they appeared and a blank stare replaced them. Moments of silence that felt like hours passed as he stared at me.
