Book one of The Gwendolyn Series:
Sometimes, it's hard to remember that there were other students -- children, teenagers -- fighting through the second wizarding war.
Some witches and wizards simply hid within the swarm of the others, and Half-blood Gwendolyn Curheart, is one of such witches. Known, but unknown.
Her story is -- in fact -- a little different:
She wasn't all bad, but she also wasn't entirely good. She most certainly wasn't ignorant, but she also made some terrible decisions. She was never very close to the golden trio, but actually the total opposite. In short, Gwendolyn Curheart knew what it was like to be in the midst of a war. She experienced it from both sides: good and bad.
She loved, she lost, and she grew into a woman whom would one day become an unknown hero.
And this is only the beginning of her twisted, beautiful, uncontrollable story.

WARNING***
These books will probably make you pissed off at some point. They venture into the deeper sides of the houses. Like the good of Slytherin, the bad of Gryffindor, the conflicts of Hufflepuff, and the shallow of Ravenclaw. They may make you question what it means to be a member of your house, but in the end, you should never be ashamed of who you are.
I do not own anything except the characters I created. all credits to other characters and storyline belong to Queen J.K. Rowling
It was common knowledge throughout the wizarding world: the Gaunt's were the last people alive who could claim direct lineage from Salazar Slytherin, and also, they were quite mad. Upon the deaths of Morfin and Merope Gaunt, Voldemort was supposed to be the last remaining Heir of Slytherin. Nobody questioned it, not even himself. But unbeknownst to everyone, there was another bloodline; the Stone's.
If Medusa Ivy Stone is used to one thing, it's secrets. At first, it was only her pureblood father forbidding her from telling anyone that she's half-siren, or that she can speak to snakes. That she could manage. But soon the secrets are piling up around her on every side, she finds herself struggling more and more to bear their burden.
When people start being petrified in her second year at Hogwarts, and whispers fill the halls of the Heir of Slytherin, Ivy doesn't dwell on it, more concerned for her friends than with gossip. That is until her classmates start to suspect Harry Potter when he reveals he is a Parslemouth. As the pieces fall into place in Ivy's mind, she discovers that she suddenly has a new secret to keep: she is a direct descendant of Salazar Slytherin.
One thing is clear: this secret is finally one too many, but not even Ivy knows what the consequences of the damn bursting will be. Will she wash away everything and everyone she's grown to love in the flood? Or will she finally be free to be herself without judgment.
