Basketball. Taylor's true passion. Ever since grade 4, basketball has meant more than anything to her. Now this isn't just some childish love, no. Ever since Taylor's dad died and her mother remarried, basketball has been her ONLY escape. Her stepfather was far from a dream dad only made in the movies, no, he was a drunkard. Late nights, harsh beatings, basketball was the only thing that took Taylors mind off of her broken family and connected her with what memories that were left of her dad. Basketball was what kept her 100% focused on that and that only, but when her stepfather forces her family to move right after senior year, then proceed to make her attend community college in a strange new town to save money on an apartment,even basketball has a hard time taking her mind off of all that. Then add her strange new team and the mysterious water boy named Harry who is also the coaches son, will things finally go right for her? Will she open her walls to not only making new friends but maybe even a first love?
