This is a retelling of Detective Conan: Dimensional Sniper. 

What if after the sniper shoots Masumi, he kidnaps her to keep her hostage? Conan was very worried about Masumi, but when the sniper threatens to kill Masumi because of Conan's interference, Conan is forced to let the sniper keep her.
