Hell Hath No Fury Like A Woman Scorned Meet Amaeliah Jones. Smart, Beautiful young black woman. She came from a poor family who had to scrape to get everything and had close to nothing. Her only way to escape was her education. She'd been the top of her class for as long as she could remember and it was finally her senior year and she was out this bitch. Or at least she was until a mysterious new teacher came to work at her school. He was young but mature and very sexy. Amaeliah found it hard to stay away from him and once he got her in his grasp she was trapped. Three months into their relationship Amaeliah found out that not only was Donaldson a teacher but a kingpin and that made her want him even more. Amaeliah was in love and she was sure Donaldson felt the same way, until he fucked over the wrong person. Amaeliah was caught in the middle of his problems when she was kidnapped and held for ransom. Donaldson came to her rescue, or so she thought. He ended up shooting her and throwing her off of a bridge. Left for dead, Amaeliah washed onto shore of a wealthy retired surgeon who nurtured her back to health and taught her the fine art of revenge. Five years later Amaeliah returned home in search of her first love and attempted murderer and she was not going to stop until she paid him back for snatching her life away and disposing of it. Do unto others as you would have them do unto you.

He asked and I looked up at his eyes. I didn't have to ponder over the matter long. "I don't know." I said softly. Daimen frowned and studied me for a while, "Just wondering, because you seem to love pissing me off. And most people don't. So I guess you need some figuring out to do." ********* Daimen and River were both seniors at the same high school, they took some of the same classes, walked the same halls, live in fair distance from each other, but they couldn't have been more different. When high school was over River and Daimen became ghosts to each other but then years later fate decides to bring them back together. River Sparrow hates confrontation. She's jumpy, but tries to see the bright side of situations. She's quiet, soft spoken, the "teacher's pet," and keeps to herself a lot. She's a volunteer at the local animal shelter and loves one dog in particular the most. Daimen Princeston would fight in a heartbeat. He's strong, intimidating, and pretty much has people running for the hills at the very aspect of him getting angry. His devil-may-care attitude swirls around him and no one wants to get on his bad side. Of course River is afraid of him, and she has a good right to be. But when River starts to learn more of the young man everyone fears she starts to see him in a new way. After some time feelings grow stronger and she hopes she's not fallen for a murderer. And if she has, who is she to deny him the love he so desperately needs?
