Mikoto Misaka, the Railgun, defeated Dravis Lord of Destruction. She, along with Natsu, Lucy, Happy, and Elli have been missing for six months since then.......... So far, they are believed to be dead.

It is twilight in the town of Yugami. Mikoto and her friends Natsu and Lucy are walking home after a long day of school to their house at the edge of the beach. They all have one thing in common....they can't remember who they are, or where they came from....each of them having washed up on the beach one day six months ago only to be found by the school principle Elliot Dreyar. 
One day, Mikoto finds strange images flying through her head....and two names she can't get out of her head......Touma Kamijou....and Fairy Tail. And if that isn't enough, two men by the names of Gajeel Redfox and Stiyl Magnus appear in town to tell her not to trust anything the highschool has to say. Things then start to get more confusing as strange people in kimonos calling themselves Soul Reapers attempt to capture Mikoto, Natsu, and Lucy, saying that they now know too much and must have their minds wiped............Now if Mikoto wishes to protect her friends and discover who she truly is....she must reawaken both the esper and Dragon Slayer power that has been sleeping within her.......or Yugami town might become an everlasting prison. The only downside is her lack of magic, and instinctual impulses. Her abilities and smarts land her in an unknown school; Fairy Tail High School for the Highly Advanced, or FTHS, where she is met with the true colors of her new society. Discrimination, social status, and just simple, high school anxiety. Not only that, but she has mysterious dreams, with herself as the main character. Will she make it through the school year? Natsu is just an ordinary kid; he's not famous, and definitely isn't from some conglomerate family. To make up for that, he's kind, smart, and has a sense of humor. He finds the smallest of things interesting. Which, of course, leads him straight to Lucy, the social outcast. One thing leads to another, and soon, Natsu is teaching this strange girl the world of magic. They become friends rather quickly, and her unexpected actions never ceases to calm his storm of a day. Natsu realizes his feelings for her, but isn't sure how to convey them. Will he manage to get through her thick-headed personality, or will he be forever considered "just a friend"? As the characters go through their own social problems, other problems start to arise. Magic manipulation, and an old alumni threaten them as Lucy attempts to recover from her past. Ben 10 moves to academy city to establish a plumber base in the futuristic city. And to add on to his list of problems Azmuth drops off three 5 year old girls with the minds and body's of 12 year olds who are also bens little sisters/clones. Mikoto misaka is the third strongest esper in academy city. She meets Ben after being saved from aliens by him. Not long after she starts to feel something for the strange and heroic boy. Meanwhile however, one of the Diablos, Diablo Ezra, is sent by Wrathas to "have some fun" with Fairy Tail. Taking an interest in the 7 Level 5s of Mikoto's era.. Ezra hatches one of the Dragons.. Doppel, the Dragon of Inner Darkness.. The resulting 7 dark followers of Ezra.. bear a striking resemblance, to some familiar faces.. Can Fairy Tail defeat the Dark Level 5s?
