When Niall has a freak accident and falls down the stairs of his flat, falling into a coma, he expects it to be as if he's asleep. Maybe he'll hear one of his friend's voices every now and then, just like the doctors say. What he doesn't expect, is to "awake"in some place where everything is completely opposite. Niall would have never that that being straight would be considered a sin, males getting pregnant and delivering the babies, as well as getting their periods (I know right?), and dressing as his own gender would be wrong. Where he is, none of the same rules apply. I mean, he's already gotten countless dirty looks for "cross dressing" because he was wearing the clothes he fell in, and if he so much as gets called a, "dirty bastard" one more time for looking at the other sex, he swears he's going to blow. One can only imagine how chaotic and confusing it is when a very much "straight" Louis Tomlinson is constantly hitting on him and spying on him {discretely, of course}.
