When Rey gets lonely and reaches out into the connections that make up space, who will respond? Will she accept him? ~lose take on last Jedi so spoilers I guess~
Part Star Wars, part Hitchhikers guide, part quantum mechanics, and part whatever else comes into my head.
An attempt to create a gem of writing that can be placed alongside others in the genre. My goal is good writing and a captivating storyline.
If anyone reads this: feel free to leave comments and suggestions about how the story should go.
I'll try to post fairly regularly and I don't leave authors notes.

Confronting Fear
"When I offer you my hand again, you'll take it." What if Kylo Ren had been right? What if Rey had taken Kylo Ren's hand when he offered it the second time, deciding her best chance at defeating Palpatine and saving the galaxy was with him? But can the two of them overcome their differences and mistrust of each other to accomplish that task or will pride win out? And then there is a certain group of meddling Force Ghosts determined to test them to their fullest. Meanwhile, Finn has a destiny of his own to fulfill chasing visions of his past across the galaxy. Poe buries himself in work as he tries to forget his failures and forge ahead. Leia attempts to cement her legacy and ensure the future of the galaxy. This fanfic explores a different ending to TROS starting at about the halfway point, when Kylo reveals the truth about Rey in the hangar. It will focus mainly on their story but there will be significant plot arcs that focus on Finn, Poe, Leia, and others. There will be a few augmentations to the earlier story, but I have tried to stay true to the plot up until this point, except for the 16 hr deadline Palpatine gave them. His threat was open ended in my version. My heart pounded in my chest, and my breathing became speratic. "I can sense your feelings, don't think you can hide them from me, like in this very instance, you're scared of me." He suddenly bent down closer to my ear. "You should be." I managed to muster up some courage and fire back. "You're insane to think I'll ever join you!" She lived in a small village on Takodana. She had to learn how to survive on her own at a young age since she was abandoned by her family.
