I run through the woods, not caring of anything or anyone, as tears roll down my face and everything becomes a blur. My heart is pounding faster than its normal state, and my heart broken into millions of pieces as I recall what happened earlier.
The smell of fresh, earthy smell of the forest, and muds that get into my paws, telling me that the rain had just ended a while ago and that I'm running for hours.
He looks so happy with her. His smile tells me that I'm already forgotten, replaced.
That thought lingers in my head, shattering my heart, causing me too much pain. My wolf howled as the moon is in full form.
What's worse than being rejected by a mate? It's being forgotten and seeing him, the Alpha King, marry someone else.
He's my mate yet why? Why do I feel I'm nothing to him, just a mere she-wolf.
My wolf whimpered in pain and rejection.
