The three groups. There are Vampires, Demons, and Humans.
Vampires are at the top. Overall, they rule.
The second strongest are the demons. They a horrible creatures that run on greed.
Lastly, there are humans. Typically, the humans are the slaves to Vampires. Providing blood for Vampires, and being plain slaves for Demons. Vampires and Demons are able to take a Human against their will and make them there slaves or servants.
Todoroki is a vampire. He is the prince. He doesn't agree with how his kind work or do things. He plans to change it when he rules.
Midoriya is a lowly human. His mother was taken from him when he was 7. His father is a drunk who beats him. Honestly he wishes he was taken by a Vampire or Demon. His idol is the King of humans, the symbol of peace, kind to all, He goes by All Might.
Bakugou. When the leader of the demons was assassinated, the demons were thrown to chaos. He fought his way up, and at the prime age of 18 he became the king of demons. arguably worse then the vampire king, Endeavor.
Endeavor is going to forcing Todoroki to choose a servant from the humans. King Bakugou is looking for whoever is unlucky enough to catch his attention and become his slave.

(COMPLETED) (Edited) In an early 7 am class a certain half and half boy sits down next to Midoriya. Turns out that the half and half boy, whose name is Todoroki, knows nothing about math. He tries to convince Midoriya to tutor him, and so they end up studying together. A minus for Todorki was that it was math, but a plus that he could get to know Midoriya better. Todoroki starts to fall for the green haired boy, and makes it obvious. But Midoriya doesn't want to let anyone near him, he is scared of love because of his past. He always pushes people away because he is scared that things might repeat. It's his biggest fear. Eventually Midoriya agrees to go on a date with Todoroki, but only if he'll pass the math test. On top of that Midoriya isn't telling his name to Todoroki to tease him a bit, for the sake of fun, what causes that his nickname from Todoroki is '7am'. This might turn out like a romantic, cliche, college love story. Or it might just end up bad. -boy x boy -no quirks -art and characters are not mine. I only own the book/story/plotComplete

All Shouto Todoroki wanted was to change the way vampires fed. He did not enjoy the idea of hunting down humans in order for his kind to survive. He understood human blood was essential and offered an idea of negotiations with the human race so created places where humans could donate blood or if the human so chooses to allow themselves to become food for the vampires. The wealthy pureblood vampire figured this to be the best way for humans to stop fearing them. Of course not all his kind shared his ideas. Some vampires believed humans were born just to be hunted and to take that away from them would ruin the excitement. The head council decided to allow Shouto a chance to try his method. They too wanted peace with the humans. Shouto soon came to realize that his actions would come with a heavy price. He suffered greatly and his vampire heart froze over. Izuku Midoriya, a 22 year old Culinary graduate who is ready to move on from his past. He is an in denial alcoholic who told himself he only drinks to make the nightmares go away, or was it to forget something he lost? Izuku recently got a job offer at In Krov City, a rather large city far north from his small town, as a night time baker at the biggest hospital in the area. What could be better than making baked goods for the sick and disabled patients? Little did the cute green headed cinnamon bun know, Spilling his drink on the wealthiest vampire in the city would change his life forever. Or could it have been the weird scent he gave off?
