My anixety makes me nervous i never talk to hardly anyone , i dont understand how i can get over this, aniexty isnt just being shy🌷 
Ive had depression before it isnt the best , ive already cried 4 times in 2018 when i personally thought it would be the best year off my life , as 2017 was a bit shit. I do try take my mind of being depressed , being nervous and scared ill just have a panick atrack when im out by listening to music and writing stories on my notes in my phone. 
This is why im very unsocialable i mean ive been out for hours with my friends and i wasnt nervous because ive met them a few times before but i just panick and be nervous when i meet people for the first time because i dont want them to think bad off me ?☹️
Luckily one of my bestfriend kinda has the same struggle as me as we are both very shy , so thats good i guess, bc i can always rant to her!
