Maddie Harper is a sweet and intelligent girl, who is misunderstood and tormented. People think she's crazy just because she can see things others can't, like Peter Pan and Santa Claus.
After years of being called crazy, she starts to believe the words they say, until Jack Frost came into the picture.
One problem, two lovers from different worlds, a self centered mythical creature, and one crazy adventure is the epitome of what's to come when Maddie discovers about her gift.
She is the bridge connecting two different worlds.

Note: This is not based on the movie "Rise of the Guardians". This story is my own idea. The only thing that was based on the movie was Jack Frost's appearance. There may be some similarities between the movie and his story but if you dig deeper into the story, they are completely different. Jack Frost seemed like a very underrated character so I thought that I would use him for a change.

Jack had almost hurt, or even killed, his friends by accidentally tripping over a curb and creating a massive blizzard. The Guardians were furious since the children's lives were momentarily put in serious danger by one of their own. After a heated argument between Jack and the others, he ran off. He was sick and tired of them not listening to him, always accusing him of something he didn't do, or in this case, unintentionally did. He went to his home again, but in the woods and out of sight. He ran into a witch, who he didnt even know lived there. She begged for some assistance in finding some herbs. Jack, however, declined the offer. She persisted, and that annoyed Jack. He had already been going through enough and this old witch wasn't helping. He then yelled at her to leave him be and to find her own "stupid plants". The witch wasn't happy, in fact, his blind rudeness angered her. So, she cursed him to mortality for 3 months. If he didn't learn how to handle hardships and what it's like being a human in that time frame, he would die. Jack soon meets an unexpected rescuer who takes him in and cares for him. Not only is he fighting against time, but the Boogyman decides to make Jack a target. Will he learn his lesson? Or will he die in 3 months time? If he is to survive, what will happen next? What will happen to Pitch? **This book is not all light hearted, there are serious topics included in it.**Complete
