To stop this outbreak a detective (luke steward) must work with a megalomaniac scientist who has been infected by the virus. But still manages to keep his twisted sanity.

The government tried to contain it, but it became to powerful to hide from the world, and the virus turned anyone it came into contact with, into man eating monsters.
