A terrible accident puts Bella and Gavin on recovery road together. They get to know each other very well before Gavin's surgery and to the point where Bella has developed feelings for him. But when something goes wrong during his surgery, Bella regrets not telling him how she feels about him. Will Gavin live to hear the confession of Bella's love for him? Or will he leave Bella alone against the world? Or, will Bella fall for his best friend while Gavin is asleep?

Love never dies, and even though there is pain on the journey, at the end there will be hope.
