Night was her shadow, sworn to protect her just as much as his home. He was a quiet one, to everyone else, anyway. He was the hero who would rather battle a giant than talk to strangers. 

They would do anything for each other, even without knowing the real person behind the masks. They were best friends, secretly in love, who didn't know each other's real names.

Until they accidentally met in real life, and couldn't figure out why it felt more like déjà vu than anything else . . .
