We sometimes think that because we don't have everything,
Life's not great,
There will always be times in life that we really enjoy and times we really hate,
We never seem to concentrate on the positive things we have achieved,
Only focusing on the times which we have been upset and deceived.
Too experience a bad life, is too know what its like to have nothing,
To work towards having something,
To dream of having everything.
Having only hope and faith to hold onto,
Us that are comfortable and have every thing we need,
We are full of selfishness and unnecessary greed,
Constantly criticizing the life that we share
We never appreciate the things that are there.
We should pray and say thanks for what we have day to day,
As tomorrow could be the day when these things may be taken away!

Time Can't Heal This
I've always hated the saying "Time heals all wounds." Maybe in most cases that may be true. In my experience with life and pain however, time has only ever bled out the wound. The scars that the wounds left behind though, are often so deep that just looking at them becomes painful to the mind. Time only heals what you let go of. Sometimes letting go and moving on just doesn't feel possible; no matter how much time you let pass you by. These poems signify what time hasn't healed for me.Complete

Being a Muslim girl and in a conservative family with three protective brothers to care for you for your entire life....It makes you spoiled, protected and well naïve to some point. My name is Sharia Qureshi. I am a cardiologist. Saving lives gives me the reason to live. I believe that living life for yourself is easy but giving a part of it to others is something worth living for. Starting as an intern at a reputated hospital was all I wanted after completing my degree. Life experiences
I've been through my own struggle, whether it was created in my head by way of prolonged sadness or bitterness/resentment, or if I was struggling with things I had no control over like failed friendships, a broken heart, or family drama. This is my advice to you based off of my life experiences. Black hearts meet Red
I walked down the dark hallway, my eyes scanning the rooms on my way.The door was slightly ajar as I reached the end of the hallway, my hands pushing the door open as I stepped in.Her sorrowful sobs reached my ears as I stared at her little form huddled in the corner of the dark room.Moonlight from the large window fell on her body as she continued to sob sitting on the floor. My stomach twisted in a bad way seeing her like this.A pain seared at the bottom of my heart as she hiccuped making me move towards her.I sat on the floor near her silently, not saying a word.She noticed my appearance as she stiffened for a fraction of second.Her cries had stifled as we sat in the dark with moonlight showering over us. "He had broken me into so many piece that it will take a life time to collect all.He ripped me apart from my soul, from my self respect making me crumble to the ground like ash.."Her hoarse yet soft voice resonated around the room making me turn my eyes to her beautiful face.
