But from this loss a unique blessing was bestowed upon the people. In japan where an epicenter of a mass bomb occurred called the Black Spot, numerous people living there had gained unique abilities called Fractions. However a resistance had fallen and as the Hero Ben is, he was more than willing to partake in this battle.
