Thug life

I am an army brat gone wrong. We are supposed to fight for what is right, but what happens when we grow up in a broken home and around drugs and guns. They go bad or stay close to good; fighting for their lives every day like a war zone having each other’s back or you end up “6 feet under.” A body without a soul because you are there your body is gone. Relationships broken, lost love, new love and then some. Being in high school, and growing up in this city is hard but we have made it this far, and can’t stop now.

A life is a gift an opportunity. To live is to be alive. If you’re not alive you might as well be dead. Being rude only get you so far in life to get farther than that you have to put on a smile. You fake it and wear a mask of happiness. While you’re dying inside you smile like nothing is wrong. Secrets are there to hide the truth about things we want to be kept hidden. When you love someone you accept them every way possible. Time to make dictions about what to do next living to different lives one as a student and a gang member is challenging but it how we were raised.
