the great eight.

rhea, grayson, elizabeth, aaron, sage, alex, ethan, and jack were a tight knit group. they were some of the most popular kids in school, and everyone knew the people in that group, and knew not to mess with any of them. they spent nearly everyday together, had known each other for years and loved each other more than anything.

besides the playful bickering and obnoxious trouble they always seemed to get in due to a staggering avoidance of authority, there was nothing that had ever seemed out of place or threatened to tear the group apart. they were close as close could be- best friends for life.

at least that's how the rest of the school saw them.

but in reality, the group wasn't nearly as perfect as they seemed. it all stemmed from a stupid party two years ago that proved to never really go away. the eight were walking in very thin ice, and everything they had spent the last two year trying to hide was slowly unraveling before their eyes.

you'd think they'd learnt their lesson from the last party they showed up at, yet the hormone driven, secretive, emotionally drained, impulsive teenagers find themselves right back in the very environment that threatens to tear them apart.

there's too much secrecy brewing in between the best friends and it's ultimately going to lead to their demise. a night that has them caught up in between past flings, secret feelings, guilt and the emotionally unwilling is surely one they'll never forget, and the night that drastically changed everything they ever knew.
