Duke Waltman, the new boy from Carlsbad in sunny San Diego. With his pro surfing career just about to take off, moving was the last thing that he needed. But after his parents divorce his father felt that it would be best if they moved to a new place, he said it would be a " fresh start." To Duke this "fresh start" was stupid and just one more thing to get in his way, little did he know that the moment he met Sydney Laycock, his world was going to change.
