Second Chance AU
Keith and Lance had been friends most of their lives. When Keith came out to Lance as gay, Lance had run a mile and their friendship ended. A years later Lance realised he was attracted to both boys and girls, but he only told his two friends Hunk and Pidge because his girlfriend, Allura, is anti-gay. They are all now halfway through their second year at college and Lance finds he can't stand Allura anymore. She is nasty and self-absorbed. Of course coran and hunk are nice to him. Not even shiro is like a brother to him anymore. Allura beats him. Lance verbally abused him and Pidge is forced into the torture but she tried to resist but always joins in. Hunk and coran usually try and stop it but to no prevail.
