Following the divorce of his first wife, Catherine of Aragon, Henry VIII of England continues on his search for a new Queen. Enduring the hatred of his people that once screamed his name out of love and the orders from his Privy Council, Henry's freedom to choose his future Queen is jeopardized when his Chief Minister, Thomas Cromwell, 1st Earl of Essex, introduces the famous, Lady Anne Boleyn. Desperate for another heir, Henry is clearly blinded by love at the sight of Lady Boleyn. But will Henry's wish for a male heir be granted or will something else catch the King's eye? Read along as you watch the fate of Henry VIII's legacy change forever.

Based on the Showtime Series 'The Tudors'.

This book will take a slight curvature involving the original series, since my other book 'Long May She Reign' and the rest of the following, tie into the Tudor family. There will be an overlap in a few of the chapters but will mainly focus on the Tudors. Keep in mind this is a FANFIC, this story won't follow Henry's life every step of the way. His last wife won't be mentioned, and the 4th and 5th will be written around the new characters.

After seeing the Medici family Henry, his wife Elizabeth, his mother Margret, as well as all three of his oldest children and daughter in law have their eyes on one Medici girl in particular, Maddalena de'Medici. Maddalena is a breathe of fresh air considered the most beautiful women in the world at the time, has the Grace of a Queen and the mind that can challenge the wit and intellect of all her brothers put together and some.
