When Fairy Godmother's Wand disappears and evidence of it being stolen by Carlos surfaces, Everyone (except for Audrey ironically enough) in Auradon blames and turn against Carlos and everyone votes to send Carlos back to the isle, including his own friends. Carlos is devastated in the isle knowing he DIDN'T steal the wand but his own friends never looked deeper into it and went by the fake "proof" they received by Chad and Mal has to make the painful Decision to send him back to the isle.
