BOOK 1
Frodo Baggins, adopted nephew of Bilbo Baggins set off with his gardener, Samwise Gamgee, to destroy the One Ring of Power. But after making all the way to Mount Doom, he could not part with it. He made off with it, doomed to face the evil of the Ring.
