In a world of fantasy. The Uchiha are cast aside but by their own choices. With their leaders decision of control over the dangerous and powerful dragons. The Uchiha were then seen as a threat. King Hashirama has opened the Leaf Kingdom to many creatures hoping for peace within his land. hoping one day his old friend will seek his help seeing his downfall.

In the neighboring kingdom allied with the Leaf kingdom is the Sand kingdom. however within the outskirts of the Leaf kingdom there is a small village ruled by thier own leader. running their own kind of kingdom. they are the River Kingdom. A land of mostly nothing but elves. The elven princess, Luna Malaga often wanders outside the gates of her land even when told not to. In doing so she stumbles upon one of the mighty dragons being confronted by a great dragon wielder.
