"She's gone Sam without a trace. Do you know what it's like to lose your other half? Just get away from me" I screamed. "I'm not leaving you right now Charlie", he yelled back as he pulled me into his chest, "not now not ever," he yelled back. The next thing I know his lips are on mine.

When Charlotte's sister goes missing soon after they move to a new town, she has to learn to cope with loss, grief and trying to continue on with her own life. As Charlotte tries to solve the mystery of where her sister is, she begins to journal all of the things she wishes she would've said to Claire if she knew she could very well never see her again. While all of Charlotte's internal struggles with her sister fester inside, she also attempts to understand and accept her developing feelings for her only friend Sam. Will Charlotte be able to make it through her senior year or will the guilt of everything weigh her down?
