Kim Taehyung, an 18 year old high school student with one of highest grades in " Cheonan Ssangyong High " He's one of the quiet kids who doesn't like being in the center of attention. He acts very shy around people and doesn't know how to have a good conversation without stuttering. Oh is that his true persona?

But with the mask on, he's very brave and quite a lunatic, Kim Taehyung is no shy kid. This dude will make a fool out of you. He's a genius man who wants victory. He plays a role to not hide his true identity.

His father, the superintendent who is in charge of student's education wants to control the student's lives, His father wants the students to focus on politics. Which means they can't enjoy classes base on what they wanna do in life or who they wanna be. The students are so miserable, all they wanna do is have their own dreams. But they are forced who they don't wanna be. Kim Taehyung who is V represents their Victory. He wants to help his fellow classmates to have freedom, to reach their dreams and be happy. But in order to do that, he has to take his father down. But the problem is, his father is such a tricker and knows how to play the game. Tae would need the help he can get to make wishes come true.
