"You assumed escape was an option?" The deep voice echoed throughout the room. The Wolf struggled, panicked, as rails on the ceiling allowed the mechanical arm to drag him around the room in between mechanical appliances, and straight down toward the back where the empty cryotank and dark figure near resided, and stopped a couple yards in front of them as it forced him down into a kneel. The figure tending to the wall panel was basically a bunch of mechanical pieces holding up the remains of an organic old body, which consisted of a partial head, chest and right arm which stopped at the elbow. The machine limbs and torso were all very functional replicating human movement, made up of basic metal frames and joints with wires running to and fro, his middle section covered by a dark rubbery mesh held up by a hip frame and a ribcage frame. The entity was almost entirely a machine. "I see you're another who can access the minds of others." the Machine said, still tending to the wall panel, back facing the Wolf. The Wolf went wide-eyed. ...had the Machine...entered his mind? ...There hadn't been single word of conversation or even general interaction. He never in his life had known anybody else with the ability. --- Rhim, a young humanoid creature of an odd race nobody knows, must find his place along with his friends he gathers on the way in a universe of its own unique kind of fantasy as he tries to uncover the truth of his and his world's heavily mysterious past, and defend it against the menacing mechanical monsters that inhabit it throughout.

"Tell me, little cat, what can you do now?" he asked, fully aware of the answer. My throat was tight, but I managed to whisper, "Nothing." He chuckled darkly. "Correct answer." Then, I felt a cold metal press against my ring finger. I glanced down to see him sliding a ring onto it. My eyes widened at the sight of the delicate silver band-thin and smooth, with a polished finish, adorned with a tiny, round diamond at its center. His blood stained the ring. In simple terms, it was a cage-seemingly straightforward but heavy with meaning. It was a symbol of his power and possession over me; I belonged to him. I began to feel a sense of suffocation, as if the ring were tightening around my throat, but I remained silent while he gently caressed the ring on my finger. "Never take this off," he murmured, bringing my hand to his lips and kissing the ring before brushing each of my knuckles softly, leaving behind a tainted mark. "Now sleep, little cat. A grand punishment awaits you behind the red doors." I closed my eyes, surrendering entirely. Dizziness began to wash over me. I had fought to keep my eyes open, knowing I was on the verge of losing consciousness. But now, it was over. Everything. I let my mind rest for a moment before bracing for another hell. The sound of the rain faded away as I slipped into darkness. ══════◄••❀••►══════ Where death lies, the Leviathan Hart mention. Fall in love but more like suffocation.
