I've always loved legends... they were my bedtime stories. I had my mother read them to me at least three times a night. Who knew that I myself would grow up to become a legend.

Artemis had everything she could ever ask for. An overprotective father who adored her; A loving mother that would give her nothing but love and warmth; two older brothers that would fight the devil himself on her behalf; and a pack that would rather perish then see her harmed. Yes Artemis was truly blessed...

That is until on the night of her sixth birthday when everything she held dear was taken away from her by blood and fire.

Her loving family was gone...

Her pack perished...

And to top it off she could no longer feel the presence of her wolf...

She was left to wonder around in the dark... until another pack found her. She believed that she found a new home and that they were there to rescue her. Boy was she tragically wrong...
