The manipulative anti-heartbreaker syndicate, Ex Gratia, has succumbed to Felix's plot to secretly amalgamate it with the ubiquitous Ex Vivo to form a formidable alliance with a malicious plot to take the dating company's influence to a level that will affect the nation enormously - even the economy.
Meanwhile, Akoma wakes up in an unknown location to face a revelation that further cracks her hopes of survival and makes her rethink her decision to trust and love: Poku, her cyborg lover is neither dead nor alive - but something else. The storage device handed her before the cyborg's self-destruct links her to a group of anti-Ex Vivo extremists in the shadows of a falling government who seek to end the reign of the company. They convince her that she is the central player in all the ensuing events and give her a Messianic treatment that upsets a percentage of the group with divergent views.
However, the world becomes a more hostile place for Akoma when her paranoia is triggered by unforeseen betrayals and the testimony of a loved one who returns from the dead.

Original release: 2020 Two paths stretch before Jora as he awakens in the hospital without memory nor any known records: on one, a doctor wishes to help him recover his memory; on the other, a scientist wishes to do the same. However, on their quest for the truth, not everybody has his well-being in mind as they discover the reality of his situation puts their own goals in danger. A combination of Science Fiction and Fantasy that embraces the bizarre, and is wrapped in mystery with some aspects of horror. 2020 Author's Notes are available in the comments. I highly recommend reading the chapters first! 2024 Author's Note: This story has been cancelled, and is due to be rewritten. Many aspects may likely change in the future, though. I originally took down this story because I disliked the universe I'd set up as well as the execution of the story itself, and intended on doing a reimagining. That second take came and went, burning myself out over struggles to pace it well thanks to its highly unusual and experimental structure. This story was also taken down to prevent some of the events that occurred later in it from spoiling the latter parts of "Redwater Riot." That said, I feel like it would be a good idea to rerelease this story as a sort of museum work, a way to look at what my writing was back then and how it has changed over time. I don't intend on finishing "Polaris Garden," though I do intend on a rewrite in a later "Imperial Reach: Awakening." Something much closer to what this was than what I'd done before. In the sequel to Alkaya: The legend of Empyro we follow our Ferrick Vatten and the golden syndicate as they journey to the water temple to obtain the hydro Empyro. Their vorcom jet is shot down by enemy drones and they are adrift in the pacific ocean. A cruise shipped filled with beautiful pirate princesses led by Captain Mayjena picks our crew up and forces them into slave labor. They recruit Frenzy the zombie bat wolf to kinetica and. he aids them on their quest. Jaypar must defeat Mayjena in a duel for their freedom. Master Ish the fire samurai picks them up when they port in Japan. He gives our crew a new vorcom submersible jet. They get attacked by dressed for genocide and master ish is taken captive. Our crew heads to the Mariana trench to battle the naga of the water temple and Ferrick must defeat the shadow lantern fish to obtain the mighty hydro empyro.Complete

Gilbert Beilshmidt also worked for the same agency, and needed a project to save his career. The agency was working to destroy the enemies from the inside out, while Manhattan was being destroyed, Alfred, Arthur and Francis were all on a mission together to gather information while the city was under attack. An accident occurs, tearing an agent's heart, saving a man's career, and putting a Hero together with Veins and Wires. Holy crap I hope that didn't suck.
