After realizing that his mother, Marie Heinlein might still be alive, Rock Howard accepts Kain's offer to give information regarding his mother and joins him.  Rock has to do different tasks assigned to him by his uncle Kain R. Heinlein. But instead of trying to take over Second Southtown by force like every past leader had done in the past, Kain decides to make the city more peaceful. Will he be successful in his purpose despite being hated by every other fighter with a exception of few? Will Rock be able to handle the hate?
