This is a mix of poetry and short story writing about a few very serious topics so if rape or sexual harassment are not for you this story is not for you.
In this story we follow the daughter of a wealthy company owner as she moves through life. We follow this girl through the eyes of her fiancé and husband, her father, and her own eyes as she wonders what will become of her, and if she will ever get the chance to go back to the place she loves most, her summer home.
*Parts 2 and 3 might be a bit messed up on smaller devices like phones. I tried to fix it as best I could.

"Watch it." "Watch it," I mock him in a whisper, feeling brave. Suddenly, he gets up from his stool and stalks towards me. His large frame towering over my sitting form. I swallow the last bit of my pancakes slowly, my eyes wandering up his body until they stop at his face. He seems displeased. Very much so. His hand grabs the part where my head and neck connect and he slowly but firmly tilts my head back, his fingers tangling in my hair. His skin is rough on mine but still oddly comforting.
