A world with no adults, and in order to survive they form groups with other people they think will be loyal and protect... But then there are the people that don't belong to any group, which usually end up hiding or living in the woods, trying to survive with almost no food or water. All that while the groups rob and bully those weaker than them. But they all don't realize that instead of fighting each other, they should be fighting alongside one another... but against who?

I have restarted this book. I wanted to make it easier to read and more enjoyable. I hope to make shorter chapters and update frequently. :) In the beginning Sylar has no name. No one cares. She's just another kid to fall into a system because she was an unwanted mess. A child that doesn't talk? Yea, no one care about that either. A shady group home filled with bullies and secrets? Yea, you guessed NO ONE CARES! To find friends in a place like this is unlikely. This place is built to feed off the fears of kids and their lack of parental role models. No one holds on to dreams for long in a place like this. You get placed here and you are as good as forgotten. Except when a couple shows up looking as out of place as an astronaut in a gold mine or a miner in space whichever one you prefer. This couple comes and shakes things up. Good or Bad has yet to be decided...only someone's bound to get hurt, someone's bound to be broken. The only question is will the wounds heal or fester and kill?Complete

One day, some gangsters attacked her mom, forcing her to pay the debts Juliane's father left them with. Out of curiosity, she tried using the box, which took her to a different universe, which might sound insane for an instance. However, all the rest of the world is normal, the sun rises and sets all the same. The season come and go, the temperature rises and falls naturally. In this world two people will face many problems.
