Hayley william is a girl who's moving on from one city to another with her father Philp William. They also have change their names in every new city they go to. Hayley probably think that they are running from the police after her father killed a man in self defense, but that what she thinks.
When they arrived at Boston, Hayley see nightmares, monsters, blood, in her first day of high school, where she also met a detective Patrick Stump (yea he's the same guy from fall out boy) who is looking to finish this for once and forever, by finding 2 darkness spirit books, the books are the only way to stop this nightmare. They have to have the two books together in the hand of Hayley, the chosen one.
But it's hard when the first book is in the real world and the second in the otherworld.
There is also unknown past of Hayley that no one knows execpt her father and mother (Kim William, who is currently in the otherworld.) First world is that where every normal humans living in. Second is the bloodest world where all the monsters live, and where Kim is suck. No one knows how. Execpt Philp.
