Return of the Dead

Mizuki Yoteiru was a normal Japanese student who studied in a university right in the heart of Tokyo.
Her hometown Hida was almost a 5 hour train ride away, she couldn't possibly go back and forth with all the work piling up in her brain mentally and her College paper works physically.

Even though she had a hard time coping with her problems, she still had some escape. Japan of course was a very advanced country, it was like a safe that contained things no one has ever seen, and if ever opened it would make someone's heart leap in joy as if they'd seen a million worth of money in it. She was about to graduate with only 3 months remaining in her calendar. She was relieved that she didn't have to wake up early and work after a tiring day at University.

One day news broke out throughout the country like a wild bushfire in Australia. A new rabies had taken place, a science experiment for cancer cure has failed miserably and it all broke out. People were ordered to stay in their house for safety and was told that military was taking care of the country's threat.

She stared at her tv with a bored expression plastered on her face. She was sure that the military had no control over this. She watched the tv with intensity as she stared the the woman who seemed to be calm but was obviously panicking in the inside. "Please take care of yourselves and always have a weapon near you at all ti-"A blur of red and white tackled the woman behind the desk roughly. Mizuki stepped back from the tv obviously shocked, soon the awkward silence that was occupied with the reporters voice was replaced with terrifying and traumatising screams of agony. You could hear the people behind the camera shuffling things around, shouts of help and stop soon joined the woman's screams, a few seconds that went on and after the tv turned of but was also soon joined with all the lights in the building.
