Mum cowered in the corner as dad kicked her in the ribs. Tears poured out of her eyes, she hugged he knees in pain. I was helpless, i couldn't help mum. I looked into his eyes for a brief second he looked like he was about to kill.
My mind flashed back to one of the horrible night i had experienced.
