A tremendous disaster happened in the rainwing village. A group of nightwing rebels attacked the village causing mayhem and death. Acai a single mother was killed and her egg was stolen and delivered to the Scorpion Den. 
Cholla, a one year old sandwing dragonet and his mother took in the egg and raised it till she hatched. The nightwing had apparently stolen the obsidian mirror in the sandwing kingdom and Queen Thorn was looking for it at every corner. The prize was three chests of treasure. It became a race to find the animus touched object, along the way to find it Cholla and the rainwing dragonet (presumably named Binturong) met friends, foes, and had experienced great adventure along the way.
