Song is finally allowed to swim in the ocean on her thirteenth birthday. She thought her dad was just over protective and didn't want her to get hurt, but its a whole other story she finds. Song meets her mother and sister, who she never knew she had, and goes on a summer long adventure to find something horrible going on just a five hour drive away.
