Lucy, however, is very determined to find out what's going on with Mae and her secrets, leading the two on a wild adventure involving a snarky homeless boy, a power hungry organization, a kidnapping, a cross country race against time, an insane boy infused with a terrifying power and one very, very weary Mae.
