Abbey was the dark horse in the small, one light flashing, kind of town of Menominee, Michigan. She had a job at a bar frequented more by blue collar types than kids with nose piercings and colored hair, like herself. She had a place with two, rather eccentric, roommates and life was... Well, life was just not working out as she'd hoped it might. Not to mention her re occurring black outs were coming with more frequency. Oh... She accidentally interviewed a vampire and is now on his "To Kill" list.

Then there's her lineage. Yeah, that's going to be a problem.
