Mira Arend (19) erleidet einen Autounfall, um einem vermeintlich wildem Tier auszuweichen. Mit der Zeit bemerkt sie die Veränderungen an ihr selbst. Doch Antworten darauf kann ihr niemand geben und so bekunden die Ärzte es als Amnesie infolge des Traumas. Ihr einstiges Leben wurde über Nacht auf den Kopf gestellt und sie versinkt immer mehr in einem schwarzen Sog. Kann Mira so weiterleben? Wird ihr Befreier, der Prinz sie noch einmal retten? Mirai comes from a long line of witches who have been particularly gifted in using their inner sight. As such, she's trained her sight from a young age. She's always been a disappointment, however, as the only thing she's ever been able to see is the vague image of a girl. On her 18th birthday, Mirai discovers a mark on the back of her neck displaying the number thirty. From her first proper vision, she deduces that unless she finds the girl before the number reaches zero, both of them will die. Only being able to depend on her less than mediocre skills in seeing the future, Mirai sets out to find the girl before the time is up.
