This contains a collection of short stories, poems, sayings or anything else from my mind. Most of these are based on experience and my personal thoughts, but every now and then there would be some just for fun. I have a lot going on in my life right now and this is a way of venting and mainly just pouring out what is in my head into this unique project.
I hope some of these inspire you guys to start writing yourselves or just to gain hope in hard times.

The Scars I Carry
A collection I've put together of a few original poems I've written over the years. These poems are relating to personal experiences and emotions, and I debated publishing them for a very long time. I've finally decided to publish some of my work in hopes that they can help some people through difficulties, as writing them helped me. I will be adding more as I write them of course. There are various forms and styles so each piece is different from the others, although this collection follows similar themes. I will be putting trigger warnings for each and every poem that requires them, as well as which triggers are contained in which poems that way you have the best idea of what you will find. If at any point you feel triggered by my writing or by something else, please don't be afraid to reach out for help, you are never alone, I promise you. The themes/possible triggers contained within this collection are the following; self-harm, suicide attempts and general talk of suicide, emotional and psychological abuse, childhood trauma, mental health and mental illness (anxiety, depression, ptsd, anorexia- etc), death and dying-and others. Living Life, Frame by Frame
Through a camera lens, you can capture certain moments of life. This book will be a collection of short stories and poems that will be based off of photos that I have taken. If a short story or poem has themes that some may find sensitive or triggering, this will be mentioned at the start. All photos will also be displayed at the start, so you can view the photo before/while reading. All photos in this book are from my Instagram (kierazepug) All short stories and poems are also my own works. Any inspiration from other things will be credited at the start.
