i blinked viciously to keep away the tears burning; glazing my eyes like blankets. "look at me." he demanded in his computerised monotonous tone. i gullped- hesitating, before slowly trailing my vision up his muscled arm to his sleek black mask. he didn't even have the decency to remove the damn thing.

it was silent as i stared with disgust plastered across my face; my jaw beginning to tremble with complete and utter-- saddness, disappointment; fear.

"take me home." i muttered with anger threatening to leak into my tone. "you clearly have no reason to keep me here." i spat.

"self-satisfaction." he spoke simply and quickly.

my eyes fell shut as pain jolted straight to my heart. they screwed shut and a single tear was able to squeeze itself out. "arrogance." i corrected. "pure. arrogance."

kylo's stance altered. he leaned forward slightly and straightened his shoulders out- he was getting more aerated. "you do not speak to me in such a way. i am your leader. your superior. you, you are nothing."
