People's battles, my words...
I think that everyone has battles, everyone is fighting their own little war and somehow it is always us that gets hurt. Gunshot to the mind, knife to the heart, poison gas to the soul. So I wrote. I wrote about the injured, the broken, the unbelievably strong.
I hope that this book brings you a sense of peace and although not one person will be able to fully comprehend what you are going through at any given time, I hope that this book shows you that you are not alone.
I have not yet heard of a war which only affected one being. I don't think I ever will.

Humans need love to survive. If we didn't have love, we'd all be robots and simply not human. The love doesn't have to be from a significant other.
