So this may be an AU? Probably not. I made it super specificπ. Anyways, if you have an idea on what to call the AU then feel free to give me suggestions
Anyways, this is the summary of the AU and plot (or lead up to the beginning) for this story. It will likely be a series based on the AU. Summary:
The MCU films will take place (with alterations where I'll fit Danny to the mix). It will begin during avengers 1. Iron Man 1 and 2, Captain America first avenger and Thor take place as normal. Danny Phantom (including Phantom Planet) has happened as well BUT it takes place during WW2. This is because I'm making it so Danny is immortal and he helped fight the war with Steve. There will also be other secrets in Danny's last that I'll reveal as the AU progresses.
Danny is also king of the ghost zone in this but humans don't know about it unless Danny tells them (not even SHIELD has this info on him). I've altered (added) Danny's powers to show his mastering of them and growth as a person and ghost: Other than his powers shown in the show. I'm making it so he has teleportation, portal creation and time powers
Despite what people normally do regarding Thor/asgardians and Danny, I think Asgard could have knowledge of the ghost zone and have links with them. Partners and helpful to each other when they need them. Danny will know who Thor and Loki are already in the story because of this connection
Nat and Clint are friends and SHIELD agents as shown in the MCU, I don't know how long they've been friends in the MCU but in this I'm making it so that it's been 7 years since Clint brought Natasha away from her assassin lifestyle
Captain America 1 will be the same but with Danny being in the WW2 backstory/Steve's origin story. I'm making it so Danny, Steve and Bucky were all friends through the way (so Bucky's death took a toll on Danny like it did Steve)

Bucky Barnes starts to remember his life before he became the Winter Soldier. After the events of Washington, he had wanted to run away and hide. He knew people would come looking for him, especially Hydra and the Avengers. Hidden away in a remote town, on the outskirts of Maine, Bucky tries to live a simple life without drawing attention to himself. Little does he know, he had been followed. ***** Alexandria (Lexi) Adams, was one of the best shadow agents of SHIELD. She was one that Fury trusted with everything, including her judgement. Fury knew that having the Winter Soldier on their side, would be beneficial, not to mention, it would stop Rogers from turning down missions he was needed on. Lexi follows Barnes from a distance, helping to set him up with a home and job, without him knowing it was her. She had moved in to the apartment across from him, playing the friendly neighbour, which was a feat in itself. Lexi was never considered a friendly type of person. It was her mission, to help keep him safe, recover his past, and obtain any Hydra information. She makes sure to bump into him, while shopping for groceries, introducing herself, but she finds he's very closed off and guarded. Can she get through to him, or will he up and run again? When Hydra operatives come crashing through their complex, Lexi must make the choice, to stand and fight, or run. Will the two work together? In this alternate universe, Loki is sent to Midgard after the fight over the Aether. The Avengers question the Allfather's sanity, but agree they would rather have Loki where they can keep an eye on him. So, after some extensive remodeling, the Avengers Tower and neighboring facilities are now an extensive training ground with everything they'll need to reform the once proud Asgardian prince. Thor is hopeful. He wants the brother he thought Loki was back. Clint (Hawkeye) is waiting for a reason to exact some much deserved revenge. Steve (Captain America) has hope that even the most hardened of evil doers can be changed for the better. No one quite knows what Natasha (Black Widow) is thinking. Tony (Iron Man) resents having to share his tower with a psychopath. Bruce (Hulk) did not fly away to Sakar. He's brooding away in his own private wing. Scott (Antman) is under house arrest... at the tower. Wanda (Scarlet Witch) is still mourning her brother while nurturing a still very naive Vision. (Neither are living in the tower. Will only play small, fleeting parts in this story.) Dr Strange refuses to move into the tower. After all, it is more important to keep up with his work at the Sanctum. Peter (Spiderman) is spending his summer at the Tower, much to the dismay of Aunt May, who knows how dangerous this is, but does not know Loki has returned. Sam (Falcon) will follow Cap to the ends of the earth, but refuses to jump off the proverbial bridge just because Cap's doing it. Bucky (Winter Soldier) is trying to atone for his past misdeeds, while learning what exactly they were, but is living in Wakanda with T-challa (Black Panther) so neither will be playing a large role in this story.
