“You’re the keeper of my heart Maya.”
“I can’t be. It doesn’t make sense.”
“It doesn’t make sense to me either. I just know that my heart belongs to you. That’s all.”

Why is Himaya afraid of heights? Obviously, because she is afraid to fall. Still she ended up falling for the guy she could never be with. The worst fall of all. And undoubtedly the most painful because it is going to break her heart.

Himaya maybe human, as plain as plain can be. But she is still the daughter of the alpha who leads the pack of West. She belongs with the werewolves.

And he is the heir to the lion throne, arch enemy of the wolves since the beginning of the history. What will she do when he says she is the keeper of his heart? Will she be able to resist his charm? Or will they end up taking the path of Romeo and Juliet?

Or will their love be strong enough to end an enmity that is centuries old?

Now, finally, after years of being on the run, J is...safe. She's always been on the outside, a lone wolf with just enough humanity left to attach herself to Cassidy and her pack, but now she's being offered a life in a loving, safe pack, with friends who are practically family. For anybody else it would be a good thing, a chance at happiness, but for J there's just one obstacle standing in her way: The King is dead, long live the King. She may have killed Caine, but his pack need an Alpha and right now, they think it's her. Realising the biggest threat to her pack is herself, J forces herself to leave and set out on her own.
